If you're a ZZP'er, Professional or a Solopreneur, whom do you call or contact if you have an [Apple] IT issue?

Do you search the internet, do you have a dedicated person you know, or do you call up the Apple Genius and make an appointment?

I know that some small/medium sized businesses have a dedicated team or company.

But I’m finding, from my research, that as ‘remote work’ is becoming more prevalent that this is not always the case.

In the [many] years I've been an Apple IT Consultant, I've never worked with any of my clients via a monthly retainer.

The way I see it is that if you do a good job, they will come back and even refer your service to others. This has worked insanely well for me over the years.

However, due to the increased amount of calls, emails and appointments I’ve been getting in the past few months, I’m thinking maybe there now is a gap by providing support on a retainer so you have someone who knows your system and can help without downtime.

This not only applies to Apple IT, but also your workflows, applications and business apps. you use for you work.
