Having two left hands when it comes to IT I erroneously erased my hard disk and leaving myself without an operating system on my Macbook on a Saturday night.

Thanks to Google I found MacJunky. One short phone call and Kia invited me to visit him early on Sunday morning.

The problem was less severe than anticipated and Kia got my MacBook up and running again in just 20 minutes whilst we were having a nice chat, at no charge! Where do you find such service these days?!

I know who is under my speed dial when things get ugly with my Mac products in the future! All-in-all, Kia is best in class, best in town, best in the country!
