Kia is a real professional. After having "lost" a majority of my files on my Mac, Kia was not only able to recover them (even after 4 Apple "Geniuses" tried) but he explained what happened in a clear way.
I liked his professionalism and his friendly approach. I would recommend Kia to anyone with Mac issues and he will definitely be my go-to Mac guy in the future.
