So my job as a Tech Minimalist, or one of the things I do, is to find the best tools for running your business, my business, my business, it's mainly for me.

People would hire me because I know what I know. But basically, I find tools to help run a business much more manageable.

And I've known this tool for quite a while now. It's like Calendly, and it's called SavvyCal.

I've had my username for about a year, I think, when he first Tweeted about it.

But I never used it because there were features that didn't quite work out for me and how I was using my Calendly.

I stopped using Calendly for a while because I found people injecting their things into my calendar was a bit of an issue. But then I blocked out some time I started using candidly.

They have an offer where they buy out your Calendly subscription. So if you've signed up for a year, they'll buy out your contract.

So I thought, you know what, I'm going to test this out. Let's see what features they have. So I tested it out on my test/staging site.

And you know what, it worked well. And there were certain features that it has that Calendly doesn't have that I liked.

So I thought, let's move over. Let's stage it on my website and test it out with a few friends and stuff and see how it works.

The one thing that it does well. There are loads of things. But one thing that does well is that you can personalise links when sending them to clients.

So they don't have to fill anything out. They can simply choose the time, which I like.

Another thing is that you can embed it. You can do that with Calendly, but with SavvyCal, it looks nice.

I'm very much into aesthetics. I just am. And if you go to my website, You'll notice I've embedded it onto my contact page looks like my, like I built it. So it's branded nicely.

You can't change too many colours and stuff. And to be honest, I don't want to. I think it looks fine the way it is. It compliments my website and my branding.

It's working well so far. The messages. The email notifications. The ease of use. The thing with me is the ease of use and simplicity.

How easy is it for my clients or my prospective clients to book a call with me quickly without any friction, and SavvyCal ticks all the boxes for me.

I'm going to put a link to it below. It's an affiliate link. So if you use it, I get a bit of a kickback. But I do use the app. So I only put links to things that I like, using or have used.

Check it out. And if you have any questions about it, let me know. There'll be a link down here, somewhere. So schedule a call with me, and let's have a chat.

So if you need any help with your tech, I'm the guy.

Anyway, have a great day. Keep IT Simple. And I'll see you in the next one.
