Some ask me why I send out my newsletter to my subscribers on a Friday. Well, other than the fact that the majority of the people taking my survey told me so. It's because every day should be a personal day.
Let me explain.
We only get 7 days in a week, 2 of which are 'personal' days. Why is that? Why can't we live with all 7 of them being personal days with a bit of work thrown in, rather than the other way around?
People these days are working way too much. I can understand why that might be, but life is about living, not working all the hours given to you. You should be out there enjoying your day, not fretting over the things that can wait.
